His career has spanned engineering, technology, commercial leadership, business development, and global operations, with a focus on production chemicals, flow assurance, and asset integrity.
He played a key leadership role in supporting the development of Guyana's offshore oil industry, working closely with ExxonMobil, SBM Offshore, MODEC, and local partners. His responsibilities included deepwater production chemical and flow assurance product development, infrastructure planning, workforce development, and establishing in-country supply-chain and logistics capabilities for multiple FPSO startups.
Piyush has also supported major capital projects across the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, West Africa, Asia, and Eastern Canada, helping operators reduce total cost of ownership while improving safety, operability, and production performance.
